National Tree Week. A native Irish Cherry Tree was planted in the grounds of Lacken Church last Friday to mark National Tree Week. The ceremony was attended by the pupils if Lacken National School and the tree was blessed by Fr Richard.

Could you be the Blessington Rose? The Rose of Tralee International Festival is emerging from a two-year break & plans to hold Rose Selections in local communities.
