Opening of Blessington Tourist Office

Blessing and District CE Ltd are delighted to announce the opening of the

Blessington Tourist Office

located at Unit 7 Blessington Town Centre (across from Dunnes) on

Friday 31st May at 4pm.

This has been a huge community effort to get our new location and office up and running in time for the busy holiday season.

West Wicklow Cancer Support – Drop in Meeting. “Have you been touched by Cancer, Self-care & making time for you” An evening of meditation, stillness & mindfulness into everyday living so as to achieve greater peace of mind & freedom. Hollywood Mass Rock pilgrimage will start in the Church car park at 7am proceeding to the Mass Rock where Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Eamonn Walsh upon arrival at Corragh at 9am (approx) All are welcome.

Blessington Tidy Towns and Forum have organised our annual Community Clean Up for Sunday 26th May meeting at 8.45am outside Credit Union.  We are hoping volunteers will come out in force as we make a  big effort to prepare for the annual Tidy Towns judging.  It would greatly help organising of the event if you could mention your interest in advance to Michael Sargent by text 086 244 3640 or by email michael@gsw.ie or by dropping a note to Corner House, Main Street.
