A new collaborative Art Exhibition is opening on 6^th July in Baltinglass. Two local Art Groups, Cruthu Art Group & The Glen Art Group have come together to present this new exhibition. All the artists taking part in this show are living & working in the locality – a vibrant art making community that is working in an innovative and authentic way. A big thank you to Eamonn Horan of Horan’s Bar & Restaurant, Main Street, Baltinglass, who are the host for the show. The exhibition is open on Wednesday 6^th July from 6pm to 9pm. And from Thursday 7^th July to Saturday 9^th July from 12 noon to 7pm. The Art on display, will feature painting, mix media, photography & jewellery from ten local artists all diverse & interesting, as these artists excel when working in their own particular medium & style showing their unique talent. The opening evening for this show will include a “reading” Aisling Creegan of her new book “I am Someone”. Everyone is invited to come along and support your local artists.

The Blessington AFC AGM will take place on Monday 27^th June in The Coimin Centre at 8pm.
